What size photo do I need for a Polish passport or ID card?
35mm × 45mm, the same ICAO-standard size used for a Polish dowód osobisty (ID card) and passport alike — one photo spec covers both documents.
How much of the photo should my face take up for a Polish passport?
70-80% of the frame, per Poland's official gov.pl guidance — on a 45mm-tall photo that's a chin-to-crown height of roughly 32-36mm.
Can I wear glasses in a Polish passport photo?
Only if the lenses are clear and don't obscure your eyes — tinted or dark glasses are not accepted, and there's no exception for prescription sunglasses.
